Mrs. Nash, a native of Phila- delphia, was born on April 4, 1922, to the late Philip and Gertrude (Kate) Needleman Leider. The family relocated to Miami when Mrs. Nash was a young child. She attended local schools graduating from Miami Beach High in 1938. Mrs. Nash was a self-taught bookkeeper and worked for many years in the family shopping center management business. She was married to the late Martin P. Nash for 67 years. He died in 2010. A longtime resident of Miami, she was a world traveler, visit- ing more than 125 countries aroundtheglobe. In2005, she and her husband relocated to the Orlando area. Mrs. Nash was a member of Temple Is- rael, Templejsrael Sisterhood and the Jewish Pavilion. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Dick) Katz of Longwood and Phyllis (late Dr. Joel) Ginsberg of Atlanta; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her brother, Dr. Irwin Lieder, and sister, Charlotte Small. A private family graveside service was held at Temple Israel Cemetery with Rabbi Joshua Neely officiating. In memory of Ruth L. Nash, the family requests contribu- DR. ALLAN STANTON ROSEN Allan S. Rosen, M.D of Orlando, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012 He was 62 years old. Dr. Rosen was born on Nov. 25, 1949, in Jersey City, N. J to Irma Metzger and the late Walter Rosenzweig. He gradu- ated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science and from Tufts University with his medical degree. On Oct. 25, 1997, in Orlando, he married the former Elizabeth Azar, M.D his wife of nearly 15 years who survives him. In 2000, they relocated to Orlando from Ormond Beach. Dr. Rosen was an anesthesi- ologist and was part of the Osceola Regional Hospital Anesthesiology group. In addition to his wife and mother, Dr. Rosen is survived by his brother Ron Rosenzweig (Nellie Venturini) of Sanford and sister, Susan Southerland (ScottMisfud) of Windermere and six nieces and nephews.
