PAGE 8 HERITAGE FLORIDA JEWISH 'The weight is over'--JCC welcomes Ensley Allan as new fitness The Jewish Conmmnity Center of Greater Orlando is pleased to welcome Ensley AI- lan,fitnessdirector, totheJCC's Sports & Wellness team. "We are soexcited about Ensleyjoin- ing tile JCC," said dodi Krinker. JCC president. "1 ter experience and enthusiasm are right on target for the launch of the J's new fitness programs." The JCC just completed renovations to its newly expamted 2,400-square foot fitness center and new aerobics/dance studio, which also includes a babysitting area for parents to use free of charge while taking exercise classes or working out in the fitness center. "Our new fit- ness center %atures state-of- the-art work-out equipment and cardio theatre," said Eli Bercovicci, Sports & Wellness Director. "Couple this with a top-notch fitness program and staff and free services, and our members are get- ring a dynamite deal!" Ensley Allan will manage both the fitness center, provid- ing hands-on, individualized training for the JCC men> bets, and tile fitness program. including many free classes being offered throughout the week. "Recognizing t he failings of so many health clubs to keep members motivated and com- mitted, 1 decided to share my successful and very personal approach to fitness in a newand innovative concept of training here at the J," said Allan. With over 10 years in the fitness industry, including 5 in fitness management, Allan considers her biggest st rengt h as a trainer to be the ability to change each individual's per- ception towards exercise and nutrition into one of a positive life--style change for contin- ued success. "1 want people to realize that you cannot be unhealthyand overweight un- less you have a lifestyle that supports it," said Allan.
