County, Florida, by reason
of a now continuing default

performance of the obligations
secured by said Claim of Lien
recorded in O.R. Book 4995,
at Page 501-505, of the Public
Records of Oscaola County,
Florida, including the breach or
default, notice of which was set
forth in a Notice of Default and

to the last known address of

Certified/Registered Mail or by
publication by the undersigned
Trustee, will sell at public
auction to the highest bidder
for lawful money of the United

Records of Osceola County,
Florida (the "Plan"). Together

"Time Share Plan (Property)

warranty, express or implied,
regarding the title, possession
or encumbrances) to pay the
unpaid assessments due in the

with interest accruing at the

Plan, advances, if any, under
the terms of said Claim of
Lien, charges and expenses of
