WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22 Florida Holocaust Museum--Program honors the USS Honolulu veterans from 2-4 p.m. at the museum in St. Petersburg. Program includes an overview of the history of the USS Honolulu and personal narratives by two veterans who served on the ship. The USS Honolulu was moored in Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. A question and answer session and a dessert reception follow. Prior to the public portion of the program, the veterans will have a docent-led tour of the museum. Cost to attend the program is included in museum admission. Admission to the museum is $14 for adults; discounted admission is offered to seniors and students, and to adult and student groups.
