Weiman, who has been active in all of his 87 years, will retire as administrator of Kinneret at the end of this month, after I I years of service. Weiman was graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Commercial Science degree in 1914. He was a Sergeant-major during World War I in the 100th Acre Squadron. He married his wife, Fannie, in 1919 and started his own business. He went to Newark, N.J., in 1927 as executive vice presiderit in charge of property management and appraisal for Capitol Securities and Michael Scavitsky and Co. In 1946, Weiman was president of the New Jersey chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management. Weiman retired and he and Fannie moved to Orlando in 1962, where he was active for 25 years as an officer and trustee for the Congr. of Liberal Judaism. His plans for the future are "relaxing with Fannie, no traveling, just living our lives as residents of Kinneret." Prepare chicken livers by sauteeing gently until medium rare in I tablespoon oil. Set aside. Mix all the soups, water, noodles, mushrooms and gently fold in livers so as not to break them. Pour into greased ! V2-2 quart casserole, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 35- 45 minutes until top bubbles and most of moisture is gone. MOHN KICHLACH (Poppy Seed Cookies) Harriett Tennen 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder '/4 tsp. salt 3 eggs, well beaten I/2 c. vegetable oil '/2 c. poppy seeds Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Make a hollow in the center and pour in the beaten eggs, oil and poppy seeds. Mix from the center out in a sweeping motion to blend the ingredients together into a smooth, thick drop batter. Drop teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased. cookie sheet or large shallow pan. Bake in a slow oven, 325 degrees, for 20 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
