Dara Toll, daughter of Gordon and Judith Toll of Maitland, will be called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah on the Shabbat of June 6-7 at Temple Israel. Dara is in the seventh grade at Maitland Junior High School, where she is in the gifted program and on the Honor Roll. Her hobbies include tennis, swimming, shopping and spending time at the beach. Joining in the family's simcha will be Dara's brother, Jason; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Meitin and Mrs. William Toll: and more than fifty local relatives. Sprinkle the fish with salt. Close the foil and seal the edges tightly so that the fish is completely enclosed. Place the foiled-fish in a very large baking pan; Bake in a 375 degree oven l to 2 hours. The fish is done when a fork pierces the flesh easily; it should not be dry and flaky.
