Grab the lawn chair, the ice tea and relax in your backyard as Jewish Family Services throws a "Stay at Home Gar- den Party." No need to get dressed up, get a manicure or find a babysitter for the kids at this non-event event. Instead of attending a fund- raising event, JFS organizers want people to relax and consider a donation in the amount they may have spent on attending a charity event. The gift will help stock the pantrywithvital food, support an individual going through a difficult time, build a family through adoption or answer the many, many calls for help. Those on the JFS mailing list can expect an invitation in the mail for this special non-event event, including a complementary packet of wildflower seeds to start their own garden.
