Page_B, HEBITAGE. F!l)r!da Jewis_h News. April !]. 1980 ]-here's a super showon TV called "Real People." The program has a segment entitled "'You know you're in trouble when..." and it really tells it like it is. I have a few of my own. For instance... You know you're in trouble when you put your bra on backwards.., and it looks better. You know you're in trouble when you prepare an exotic new dish and your kid says he'd rather have a frozen pot pie. You know you're in trouble when you finally decide to do the laundry and you find a diaper in the hamper. And your youngest is 12. You know you're in trouble when you finally get around to irrevocably shortening every- thing you own just before Paris comes out with THE word for Spdng. Long, longer, longest. You know you're in trouble when you decide that it's time to turn the nursery into a library and the doctor calls with a message. Something about a rabbit. You know you're in trouble when you meet a young, attractive woman at a party and all she can talk about is that handsome, virile, attrac- tive, mature man that she just met. And she's talking about YOUR husband! You know you're in trouble When you complain to your youngest that you're having trouble with a column and he tells you not to run one this week and maybe no one will notice. Seriously. folks, there are lots of good ideas out there for "You know you're in trouble...'" Let's see who can come up with the best ones. Send them to me at 646 Riverside Dr., Tarpon Springs, Fla. 33589. I can't promise a T- shirt but it's a good way to get your name in print and help us all smile.
