PAGE 34B HERITAGE FLORIDA JEWISH NEWS, MARCH 22, 2019 NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE WESTGATE DAYTONA BEACH FILE: 56163.0006 Pursuant to Section 721.856, Florida Statutes, the undersigned Trustee as appointed by WESTGATE DAYTONA, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "WG") hereby formally notifies (See Exhibit =A") that you are in default due to your failure to pay payments due on (See Exhibit "A") under the Note and Mortgage (as defined below) and you now owe WG (See Exhibit ~.~t~) which amount includes interest, late fees, and other charges.
