Pursuant to Section 721.855, Florida Statutes, TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (hereinafter

Year (See Exhibit "A").

Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, rearding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the
unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit "A"), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit "A") per day, pursuant to the
Timeshara Plan, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created

Obligor(s) shall have the right to cure the default and any junior lianholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the
