Leah Hibnick, Tyler Weisman Engagement Announced The engagement has been announced of Leah Hibnick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hibnick of Miamk Lakes, Fla., to Tyler David Weisman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Weisman of Maitland. The bride-to-be, who attended high school in Chicago, is a student at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is studying for a degree in physiotherapy. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Winter Park High School and is studying for a Bachelor of Health Science Degree. Following an August 31 wedding at Congr. STUFFED BREAST OF VEAL 4-5 lb. breast of veal, pocketed salt and pepper ginger papdka gadic salt 6 slices toasted whole wheat bread 2 oz. chicken liver, chopped 4 Tbsp. chicken fat 3 Tbsp. minced celery leaves 3 Tbsp. minced parsley 1 tsp. salt I/2 tsp. pepper I minced onion, sauteed in the fat Rub breast of veal with mix- ture of first group of seasonings. Soak bread in water, squeeze dry and add remaining ingredients. Mix I thoroughly: Stuff into veal pocket. Roast at 3250 for 25 l .... minutes to the pound. ... And the list goes on. Maybe we could swap if any of you readers have some weird stories from the newspapers. But l'm happy about these crazy stories--they make our days seem sane and normal. One thing is for sure. The recipes that follow are not weird. Once in a while, when you can get the ingredients, it's fun to make a dish that's a bit expensive. This one is worth it, even with veal prices going out of sight. Serves 4. And, not necessarily to accompany the veal but superb as a simple meal's "special taste:" CHOCOLATE CHILL CAKE 2 bars German sweet chocolate 3 Tbsp. water 2 egg yolks 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar 2 C. whipped topping 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 15-20 ladyfingers, split Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Blend in water. Remove from heat and cool. Add egg yolks, beat until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Chill a few minutes, then fold in whipped topping and egg whites. Line bottom and sides of a greased 9x5" loaf pan with wax paper. Line sides of pan with ladyfingers. Pour in half of the chocolate mixture. Top with a layer of ladyfingers on top. Chill 12-24 hours. When ready to serve, unmold and garnish with more whipped topping. Serves 8-I O. HAPPY CALORIES!
