Boil until tender (15 minutes). Drain and set aside. Sautee onions, green pep- per and mushrooms in off or chicken fat. Combine with drained egg barley, add corn flake crumbs and mix together. Put into casserole, cover lightly with additional corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A wonderful accom- paniment for any roasted chicken or meat entree.
