Anna has spent more than 50 years as a successful working actress on stage, screen and television. She is now every directors' favorite Jewish, Ital- ian, Polish, You-name-it ethnic mama, aunt or grandmother. immortalizing such characters as Aunt May in Woody Allen's "Crimes and Misdemeanors." Most recently, TV audiences know her as Cookie Cirillo in "The Sopranos," Aunt Marilyn in "The Nanny" and Rita on OB TUAR ES PAMELA J. ABRAMSON Pamela Abramson of Or- lando diedon Dec. 31, 2011. She was 65 years old. Mrs. Abramson was born in Pittsburgh, Penn. to the late Geno and Rose Balkovec Onder. She received her bach- elor's degree in Spanish and a master's degree in African Languages from Duquesne University. She was a Gradu- ate Gemologist of the Gem- ological Institute of America and earned a degree (Fellow) from the Gemological As- sociation of Great Britain. She was also designated a Master GemologistAppraiser by the American Society of Appraisers. A fixture in Winter Park for more than 24 years, she was in business as PJ Abramson Jewelers from 1987 to 2011. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Norman; daughter, Sascha Abramson (Philip Hamilton) of Blooms- bury, N.J., and her sisters Robin (Robert) Newham of Pittsburgh and Marianne Belan (George Sanchez) of Albuquerque, N.M. ALICE LEVINE SCHNUR Alice Levine Schnur of Altamonte Springs died Dec. 28, 2011. She was 87 years old. Mrs. Schnur was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a Central Florida resident since the late 1950s, and spent her later years as a resident at Ho- rizon Bay Home for Assisted Living, where she warmed the hearts of both neighbors and caregivers with her sunny demeanor.
